Are your mounts easy to install?

For most, it takes about 5-10 minutes to install a HIDEit Mount. You’ll need a drill and 3/16” drill bit, screw driver, level and stud finder.

How are your shipping charges calculated? How do I determine my shipping charges before placing my order?

Shipping charges are determined by the type of shipping method, delivery location, and weight of the product(s) ordered.

You can place the items in your shopping cart, enter in your zip code or country, then recalculate.


What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal, all are processed through PayPal. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis, but shipments will only be made once a payment has cleared. Please use our contact form for exceptions.


Is a PayPal account required to place an order?

No. PayPal will accept payment without requiring a PayPal account. If you are not a PayPal user, there may be a 1 day delay for payment to be received. Once your payment has cleared, we will ship your package.


Do you offer bulk discounts? I operate a business and am interested in carrying HIDEit Mounts. How do I get started?

I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

Please first reference the emailed tracking information to determine the status and location of your package. If you need further assistance, please use our contact us from for help.


My order has arrived but has been damaged in transit? What should I do? What happens next?

Please contact us within 15 days of receipt via email at customerservice@hideitmounts.com. Please include a detailed description of the condition of your mounts, your contact information, and order number. We may ask for a digital photo of the damage for insurance purposes.

HIDEit Mounts will replace units damaged in transit as quickly as possible.

HIDEit Mounts is not liable for damage caused during installation. Be sure to follow our installation instructions in detail.


Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied and you purchased directly from HIDEit Mounts, please contact us by phone or email within 15 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization.

Please note the return authorization number on the original packing slip and include all paperwork, pieces, and packing materials. Returns must be properly packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

Packages must be returned via the same method shipped and include tracking. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 2-3 weeks from return delivery date for refunds to be processed.
